Turn AI licences into measured capability.
Acceler8AI is the AI academy your organisation runs under its own brand. Your people learn by doing real work in the tools you have already approved. You get the evidence of what changed.
Platform agnostic. White-labelled. Designed for enterprise, government and regulated organisations. Built and delivered by Innovation Network.
Organisation AI impact
Q3 2026 · 4,200 employeesIllustrative. The leadership view, white-labelled to a fictional organisation.
Sound familiar
The licences went live. The questions started a month later.
Nothing here means the rollout was wrong. It means the programme stopped at access, and access was never the part that creates value.
“Completion is at eighty percent. Nobody can tell me what changed.”
Attendance and completion measure that people showed up. Your sponsor is asking about capacity, quality and cost, and a learning platform cannot answer that on its own.
“Two people in the team are brilliant with it. Everyone else opens it once a month.”
Capability sits with a handful of enthusiasts. Their workflows never reach anyone else, and when one of them leaves, the capability leaves too.
“I have a budget conversation coming and all I have is anecdote.”
Three good stories will not survive a finance review. You need records with a method behind them, captured as the work happens.
“Risk want guardrails. The business wants to move. I am in the middle.”
Without a boundary people can see and use every day, caution and recklessness both spread, and neither one is managed.
What good looks like
The one page you take upstairs
Ninety days in, this is the report the academy produces. Adoption, hours, quality and a pipeline of tested workflows, from records your own people entered as they did the work.
- Are our people actually using AI, and safely?
- What are they using it for, and how much time is it creating?
- Where are the highest-value opportunities emerging?
Stronger than “4,200 people completed an AI course”. That difference is the whole product.

IllustrativeHow it works
Learn a little. Do it on real work. Record what happened.
Lessons are short on purpose. The point is the mission: a small piece of the employee's own work, done in your approved AI tool, with the result recorded. Everything else on the platform is depth around that loop.
A short lesson
Minutes, not hours. Enough to attempt the mission with confidence.
A mission in your tool
Improve a real recurring task in Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or your internal assistant.
A productivity win
Time before, time after, quality held or not, and how confident they are in the figures.
Personal and organisational impact
The employee sees their own hours back. Leaders see the organisation's.
Six levels, from safe first use to internal champion
Responsible use, approved tools, data rules. Opens the academy.
Confidence on everyday tasks.
Email, meetings, research, reports, planning.
Repeatable, redesigned recurring work.
Problem to prototype to evidence to recommendation.
Internal capability that sustains adoption.
Your brand, not ours
Employees see their organisation's academy: your logo, colours, welcome message, AI policy and approved tools. Acceler8AI appears once, at sign-in, and only if you want it to.
Your tools, your rules
Missions are done in the AI environment you have already approved. Confidential work never enters the platform. It records what happened and how much time it saved, never the work itself. A green, amber and red boundary is visible at every step.
Numbers you can defend
Reported, annualised and potential are never merged. Quality sits beside time. Duplicate claims are blocked, large ones are reviewed, recurring ones are reconfirmed. Money is only ever estimated productivity value.
The platform
What your people and your leaders actually see
Four screens from the academy, drawn here as illustrations of the real product. Every one is white-labelled to the client, so what your employees see carries your name.

Mission: Improve a recurring task
Level 2 · 15 minIllustrative. The work stays in Copilot. The academy records only what happened and how long it took.
My AI Impact

Where to begin
Start small. Go as deep as the evidence says you should.
There is no platform to procure and no policy work to do before the first session. One room, one date, your own approved tools. The academy and the flagship programme come afterwards, if the evidence earns them.
The 90-Minute AI Productivity Accelerator
A live session, in person or online, in which every participant improves one real task from their own desk in your approved AI tool and leaves with one measurable seven-day experiment already running.
- An AI Working Profile, a Voice and Brand Profile and a Human Writing Standard they keep
- An accuracy protocol and a prompt method that transfer to any platform
- For you: the tasks people chose, the opportunities they found and your likely AI champions
The AI-Ready Workforce Mini MBA
Five applied days for the managers and change-makers who will redesign the work, supervise AI agents, write the governance and defend the business case to an executive panel. Certified AI Leader on completion.
The full programme guide covers all ten modules, the capstone evidence pack, both delivery formats and how value is measured. Leave your details and it is yours.
Your guide is ready
Twelve pages: the five days, all ten modules, the capstone and how value is measured. Grant will follow up personally within two working days.

Six questions
The ones buyers ask first
Anything not here, ask Grant directly. Where a detail depends on your organisation, the honest answer is a short conversation.
Is Acceler8AI an LMS?
No. It is an AI enablement and measurement layer that works alongside any LMS you already run. Lessons are deliberately short. The value comes from missions done on real work and the productivity evidence that results.
Is it tied to one AI platform?
No. Missions are done in whatever your organisation has approved: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Google Gemini, Claude Enterprise, an internal assistant or another approved platform. What people learn transfers if you change tools later.
How is confidential information protected?
Employees do their work inside your approved AI environment, under your own data classification rules. Confidential or regulated material never enters Acceler8AI. The platform records what happened and how much time it saved, never the work itself.
How is it priced?
The academy is priced per seat per year, and the rate falls as seat numbers rise. Three tiers differ by how much live enablement comes with the platform. The 90-Minute Accelerator and the Mini MBA are priced per cohort against scope and format. Tell us the shape of the rollout and we will put a number against it.
What happens after the 90-minute session?
Each participant runs their seven-day experiment and records the result. You receive the tasks people chose, the opportunities they found and the capabilities they need next. From there, the academy measures adoption over time, and the Mini MBA builds the people who redesign the work.
Can this work in a regulated environment?
Yes. The green, amber and red boundary, the escalation of high-risk use cases, human review at every step and aggregated-only reporting for managers were designed for regulated and security-conscious organisations. Your policies take precedence and are built into the academy's Level 0.
